Hi, I’m Vamsi — a Business Analyst with a strong foundation in data analytics and enterprise systems, currently based in California. I hold a Master of Science in Information Systems (Business Analytics) from California State University, Fullerton, and bring hands-on experience working across analytics, platform modernization, and operational problem-solving in regulated, high-impact environments.

My professional background spans both engineering and business analysis. I began my career as a Software Engineer at Capgemini Engineering, where I worked on system performance optimization and process improvements, and later transitioned into analytics- and requirements-driven roles where I partner closely with product, engineering, and operations teams. Today, my work focuses on translating complex business problems and large datasets into clear requirements, actionable insights, and scalable solutions.

I have experience working with SQL, Python, Power BI, and Excel to analyze millions of records, build dashboards, and support data-informed decision-making. Beyond tools, I enjoy owning problems end-to-end — from understanding stakeholder needs and defining success metrics to delivering insights that drive operational efficiency, compliance, and growth.
